StraightFix StraightFix Refuse to refund or exchange defective product Hong Kong Internet

 Order sf130336142 with StraightFix on November 5th,2016. I ordered the StraightFix Brush, the default color is pink and I changed the color to black and the product changed to this other product that cost $115 where the brush is $69.... interesting. The product arrives via DHL as it comes from Hong Kong. It's not the correct product, but I thought I would try it anyways. Since it's not a brush it don't work like a brush or function properly or heat. I contacted this company and told them and said I would take the brush in exchange and if I can't exchange I wanted a refund as the product is defective. I was told to email support@straightfix.com I got no reply, I sent message on the face book page, no resolution. I was contacted by many ladies who told me they were experiencing the same problems and even blocked by the company on facebook so they couldn't make anymore comments to warn other consumers. I no longer want an exchange I want my money refunded to me and I also want this company investigated for its poor business practices
