Just to let everybody know today I recieved my phone back from straighttalk only it wasnt my phone, it was a refurbished phone and get this it DID NOT WORK ,all it had was a white screen nothing would show up on it !!!!!!!I Paid  Eighty Nine dollars (89.00) for my phone new within 3 months the phone will not work, The only way you can get another phone is :::: Straight talk mails you a package with the envelope to send your phone back in. Then and only then they send you another phone only the replacement phone does not work either !!!! Call customer support which by the way is a JOKE !! They try to trouble shoot the phone same thing for every situation unplug your phone plug it back up turn it on turn it off !!! WOW NOW THATS TROUBLE SHOOTING !!!! They tell me to send the phone back and they will send me yet another piece of junk so I ask can I just get my money back, they tell me yes I can so Im thinking finally we are getting somewhere !!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO They tell me I have so many days to send the broke phone back and I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEM !!!!! WHY???? Did I break it ??NOO They sent it broke and they refuse to budge. so I tell them they can keep my money and send me another phone LOL SOOOOO Next month when I get another refurbished phone I will call them again and have it sent back and let them send me another AND I WILL KEEP DOING THIS UNTIL THEY GO BANKRUPT!!!!!!! GOD HELP ME I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PHONE FROM THESE IDIOTS !!!!!!
