I got screwed by this company and you will to !!!!! I purchased a straight talk phone from Wal Mart my first phone was great it just didnt have a camera or qwerty, so I upgraded my phone, at first everything was great then my phone would drop a call this just happened every once in a while, No big deal after a few months it just kept getting worse, I could not talk to anybody without having to call them back several times , because the phone kept dropping the calls. I contacted straighttalk and they did some trouble shooting trying to fix my phone, It worked for about a month then started dropping calls again. So I call technical support again and they tried everything that was done the first time but nothing worked bear in mind NONE of this people speak proper english and trying to understand what they are saying is a chore and very irriatating, They were very nice and told me they would swap my phone out if it continued to drop calls,they gave me a case number, so the next day every call I got dropped so I called them back and gave them my case number, they pull it up and read it back to me and she tells me I have to send my phone back to them and they will send me another phone JUST like the piece of junk I sent them !!!!! My husband has straighttalk and his phone works great its cheaper than mine so I ask if I can get a phone like his It is cheaper but I will eat the $10.00. That sounded reasonable to me but NOOOOOOOOOOOO They don't do reasonable they have to send the same phone back !!!! I ask why would I want another piece of s**t Im sending one back I want a phone I know works!!!! And I'm offering to let them keep the ten dollar difference. They said the warehouse would be sending the new phone and they would send the one like I have, HELLLOOOOO Can you not talk to the people in the warehouse and tell them what kind of phone to send !!!!!! They say NO we cannot contact the warehouse...... WTF Why? what kind of business cannot communicate with the warehouse employees?? Its just pure and utter BS !!!!!!! And when you send your phone back and wait on the other phone you still pay for 30 days even though you only get to use it 15 days. SOOO The only thing you will get from straighttalk is High Blood Pressure and a pissy attitude. Not worth the hassle !!!!!!!
