To that end, the Company makes every effort to communicate with the individuals that post reviews in order to investigate the accuracy of the information asserted. If it is determined that the information is in fact accurate, the Companys Patient Care Team attempts to address the specific case and make those changes reasonably necessary to rectify the patients concerns. As a part of that process, Straxs Medical Review Board, which is chaired and manned exclusively by board certified plastic surgeons, reviews the subject patients medical history in order to determine the best course of action in light of the articulated concerns. Additionally, corporate policies and procedures are also reviewed in order to prevent the specific scenario from reoccurring if at all possible. To the best of our knowledge, no other facility provides this level of case review and quality control on a specific case by case basis. To be clear, our fundamental and overarching goal is to ensure that every patient obtains the best results possible and is proud to refer Strax Rejuvenation to their friends and family.

However, we also recognize that on a national basis, an average of twelve (12) to fifteen (15) percent of all cosmetic surgery procedures generate secondary procedures which are performed to enhance a patients initial results. Its important to note that Straxs rate of secondary procedures is substantially below that national average.
