On November 17th it comes to my attention that Transworld System Inc. is now trying to collect $287.48 from me in regards to my Striaex account. I do not know what these charges are for. I requested an invoice or statement from Transworld but they told me I needed to get that information for Striaex but they couldn't give me Striaex's phone number or contact information I needed to get that from their website. I have tried and can not get any where on the Striaex website I do not know what they are trying to bill me for. I've tried to contact Striaex with little success.
I asked Transworld if I should send back the product, they said it is too late for that I'm past my trial period. If the trial period was 10 days I didn't even receive the product within 10 days of ordering it so even if I was aware of this trial period it would be impossible to return the product within 10 days of the order. I would send back the product if they would refund my account and reverse all collection action. (But they don't even have a valid mailing address!)
I think this is a scam and I my name and credit has been violated. Since becoming aware of this situation I have read many reviews from Complaint boards with hundreds of people in the same situations with this company Striaex and Transworld trying to collect their debt. I believe Transworld is in on this scam too they are manipulating their position as a collection agency to collect a fraudulent debit. I'm also concerned that even if someone does make payments to Transworld that Striaex will continue to charge their customers for misc. fraudulent amounts even after the debit is paid, this is a no win situation. I don't believe this company has any intimations of attempting to resolve any consumer complaints of concerns.
I plan on disputing these charges and this harassment to the fullest extent of the law! I don't believe that it is legal to abuse and threaten customers with litigation and damaging their credit. I will not be taken advantage of by threats this is the most ridiculous way of conducting business I have ever heard of! I can't believe this company is able to continue to harass people! Someone needs to put a stop to this and product consumer rights!

Previous owners sold business

I've been searching for a manager or owner/CEO of this company as well. The owners you mentioned sold the company a couple of years ago and since then it has been impossible to contact anyone. I used to by Striaex and it was not bad, but could not afford to keep using. If anyone has an update on the new owners please post.
