Striaex FREE OFFER SCAM! Vancouver British Columbia

Striaex claims to have a "free" trial period of 25 days, but just look on the Internet, there are dozens and dozens of victims like me. I sent for the free trial, but upon checking further, I decided to refuse shipment, and checked the "return to sender" box on the UPS form.

To my shock, 20 days later, my Visa was billed TWO payment of $95.75!! When I tried to contact them, I got no live person, just a generic legal mumbo jumbo. I have tried repeatedly to obtain my order information, tracking information, etc to no avail. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. There is no other company I have done business with that does not provide order, shipping and tracking information. There is no other company that bills you for products that you did not receive.

I am trying to resolve this with my Visa company and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Canada, but the more potential victims I can save, the better!
