strobesnmore.com- came on oznium forums whining because he was loosing business due to a thread on the forum by by an unsatisfied customer who he sold a whelen strobe kit to with a burned out bulb and refused to make it right
he could have ended the whole ordeal by replacing the bulb but instead dragged out the whole ordeal like he was the victim he was very unprofessional and refused to just take the loss and lost more potentian customers in the process

This company listed 5 reports all on the same day within minutes of each other then contacted us and asked us to pay them $2000.00 per report to remove them. They have been sued numerous times for what has been described as a form of extortion. It is unfortunate for the consumer that sites such as this exist.
As for our company we pride ourselves on Customer Service and have earned the reputation as a company that works hard to please the customer. We go above and beyond whenever we can and will continue to earn our customers business through above average business practices. We are a Better Business Bureau A+ rated company because of how much we value the customer.
