Stryker T-Tops Failure to deliver items paid for 3 months ago. Called in August told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. called Sept 22, told it would not be delivered until first or second week of October. No committment to quality or performance, no support,NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. Agent very short, every time I call told it is not available although I paid for it. I purchase a T-top package with additional ensentatives on June 8,2015 on line from Stryker T-Tops and paid for same via credit card. Payment was made June 10, 2015 and debit my account.. It took Stryker more than 6 weeks to send me the first part of the product and it came in three separate shipments over a 2 month period. I still did not recieve the rod holder and called in mid August 2015 and was told that I would recieve the rod holder in 2 weeks. It has been 6 weeks and no word from Stryker so I called again and was told that it would not be delivered unt the first or second week of October another month....or 4 months after I paid them. The individual who answers the phone is very short, and gave no explanation after I told him this was the second time I was told to wait . Poor business their internet  Thank You States; " you will see our commitment to quality and performance once it arrives"...they do not tell you it may never arrive !their quote "We depend on all our happy customers " I am not a Happy Customer.
