STUART ALLAN & ASSOCIATES saying they will suspend my DL if i don't pay TUCSON , Arizona

I backed into someone or they hit me. Insurance claim was filed and i received a letter. The claim was for $2382.10. I don't see how that could be . I was backing up at two or three miles an hour .They had my license suspended and i had to go to court.   They said i had to make a down payment of $500.00 and a minimum payment of $ 250.00 a month . of course i made the payments and for what . They don't care about what anyone is going threw. They just want there money . Having to pay for a wreak at 2 or 3 miles an hour is one thing. Having to pay for a scam is totally wrong.
