Stubhub Stubhub has scammed me twice already!!!! Internet

I sold some Incubus tickets on Stubhub for $217.60.  A buyer purchased the tickets and then claimed after the event that the tickets did not work.  I was charged $217.60 to return the money to the buyer.  The original tickets cost $164.00.  I lost $381 through the buying of the tickets and the refunding of the tickets.

I called Stubhub and they said I needed to provided a scan report from the venue.  I called the venue and they said that the tickets were indeed used but they do not provide scan reports. I'm not sure what to do now.

A similiar situation just happened again.  This time it was a $62.90 purchase for Kaskade tickets.  I originally bought them for $72.00.  Again, the venue does not provide scan reports but when asked if the tickets were used the venue said that they were never even scanned. So the buyer made a claim that the tickets didnt work when they never even scanned. And on top of that, they charged me an extra $90.  I was explained that this was a credit that was given to the buyers for their inconvenience.

The moral of my story is that Stubhub does not provided any buyer protection.  If you want good seats to a great event, just buy the seats and call the next day and claim that they didnt work. You will be screwing someone over but at least you will be protected by Stubhub "buyer protection."

Stubhub also charges 15% commission on all transactions.  They have made well over $1000 off me just from commission.

I would like to know if taking legal action would be ideal in this situation.  I have lost over $600 from these two transactions.
