Studypool RIP OFF from Tutor and Students - Discrimination Internet

The site has changed to the worse. No customer support, no respond to any emails. First, all USA tutors have privileges over other tutors. UK ones are treated so badly. I am writing on behalf of my client whom I act as his solicitor. As he started to complaint that he is not happy, although he was there from the start (mainly), he is treated very badly on a daily basis A new system has been impended which automatically deduct money of his effort and others without even given any chance for tutors to explain how they feel. If students leave any tips, the site takes it. Plus the site advertises the tutors work in other names. 

My client is now having serious problem coping with all the stress caused him a minor heart attack on the other day. He came out of the hospital to find more discrimination from the site and lots of his questions been withdrawn with no reasons. He emailed several times customer support to be on his side and try to understand each matter, but nothing been happened. While he is away at the hospital he is so worried for his reputation to be damaged as even there is away or indication that tutor is not online. Is the site expecting tutors to be on a daily basis

I do not think discrimination, or bullying is an act to be accepted in the USA. We need to be able to contact the company (no address or phone), been able to communicate even through emails

I think this is not fair, any money to be deducted from tutor effort should be carefully revised and consulted with the tutor themselve 

A clear explanation of the new plan to be reviewed as by law tutors are obliged not to 

I have contacted several bodies in the USA government and before taken any further action as stated in the below statement provided by Labor Law

I would like a reply and a reachable email that we can discuss all the bullying acts that the site made against my client. I have a list and it is not right to put online as it contains data protection.
