studypool What's FRAUDULENT was that they listed me as a tutor who had already received twenty reviews from students, all of those so-called reviews being five stars out of five. I don't want to be associated with this site that I never worked for and don't want them posting fraudulent information about me. Please help me get my name and any information removed from their tutoring site and to stop their harrassing emails from ending up in my personal email box. Internet

I was interested in signing on as a tutor for this online company called studypool.com. I think they wanted some personal information on me that I did not want to provide. In the end, I decided to never tutor for them but have tried multiple times to have Studypool stop sending me emails and to end my account with them. When I go to to my account on the website, it says my account is deactivated, but even when I've gone through the steps of disabling any emails/notifications from them--a process which they make difficult to find and/or do on their website--I still keep getting unwanted emails from Studypool.
What's FRAUDULENT was that they listed me as a tutor who had already received twenty reviews from students, all of those so-called reviews being five stars out of five.
I don't want to be associated with this site and don't want them posting fraudulent information about me. Please help me get my name and any information removed from their tutoring site and to stop their emails from ending up in my personal email box.
They neither have a customer service phone number nor an email address for contacting. You have to use an online form that you submit to them, which always says they'll respond to you by email within twenty-four hours, but they never do respond. Please help if possible. Thank you.

THE COMPANY IS LYING I WAS ON THE SITE AND THE COMPANY ADDED MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE LIKE I HELPED SO MANY STUDENTS I HAD ONLY HELPED LIKE THREE PEOPLE BUT THEY PUT ON MY ACCOUNT THAT I WAS GREAT VERIFIED AND WAS RECCOMMENDED BY ALMOST 20 PEOPLE. THEN THEY HAD THE NERVE TO RIP OFF ONE OF MY FRIENDS AFTER WE SIGNED UP AND THEY DID NOT GIVE HER HER PROMOTIONAL MONIES. THEY AE LIARS MY FRIEND CANCELED HER ACCOUNT AND THEY STILL HAVE IT UP TALKING BOUT VERIFIED USER AND ALL THESE FAKE STAR RATINGS
LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE CLOSE DOWN YOUR RHATCHET BUSINESS EVERYBODY TALKING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY YOU PROBABLY WORK OUT OF A HOUSE. WHO DOES THAT! NO PHONE TO REACH ANYONE !

So how does your company Studypool explain your so-called customer service never contacting me regarding my continued requests and complaints via your online "contact" form? Your business provided no business phone number or chat place for me to talk with someone in person. As I said, your emails to me just kept coming against my wishes.
And how can you say it's not fraudulent when your company posted twenty student reviews of my tutoring when I never even tutored for the company? Shocking.

I just want to start of by saying as an employee of the company I can fully confirm to you that we are not taking very personal details of any student or teacher. Everything we use is for creation of the account as well as the only time we use addresses are when we send tutors checks for their work.
Next I wanted to say that we do have customer service directly through a chat window on the bottom right of our site as well as email. The easiest way to get customer service help is by chatting them directly.
Also we do not post fraudulent information about our tutors.
