Suburban Propane Filled propane without authorization then sent 900.00 bill, Internet

Signed up with this company to have propane for heating, hot water etc and was specific about not wanting auto fill service. Company filled tank dispite agreement, sent 900.00 bill demanding immediate payment, gave them option of removing unordered propane or let me pay in 3 installments....they chose installment route, when 1 day late because of 4th of July holiday they cut off service and wanted 175.00 as a service fee to turnback on. When I refused to be bullied, local manager Bill would not budge and basically said too bad, pay or no service. Told him fine, come get your tank will not conduct business with dishonest people. he basically said he didnt care. TOTAL scammers and unprofessional people.
