Originally had 10 MBPS thru Suddenlink, then upped to 30 MBPS but couldn't achieve it thru Speedtest, finally after back and forth, they realized I had the wrong Modem for 30 MBPS...went and spent another $120 bucks for a second Modem...so a few months later they call me up out of the blue and offer 50 MBPS for another $10 a month...initially running speedtest for a few days no problem 50 MBPS, then the weekend came...7-12 MPBPS that's it...while paying for 50 MBPS...thanks, but no thanks Suddenlink you are a RIPOFF company...
