First of all, this person now goes simply by the name "Sue Kleeschulte" and she is an independent contractor for Schneider Real Estate in St Charles MO.

Secondly, I read this "anonymous writers" negative review before I hired Sue as my LISTING agent; but because she came recommended by an acquaintance in the mortgage industry I hired Sue anyway.  I actually asked Sue about the RIPOFF REPORT comments when I interviewed her for the job, and she quickly retorted, "Well, if I only have one dissatisfied customer after 40 years in the business, then I guess that's a pretty good track record".  This could not be farther from the truth; because when it is YOUR home, family and investment that she treats with disrespect THEN it becomes VERY personal.

EVERYTHING that the previous writer says is true. Sue will inconveniencee you and drive you insane as she runs around either without a plan or without a clue.  She lies to other agents and to the sellers themselves.  She will give you marital advice and tell you to go on vacation, but she will NOT discuss selling and /or pricing strategies.  She will ALSO give away your personal possessions that you were planning on using as negotiating tools; it is almost like there are TWO agents representing the buyer!

The ONLY reason that I needed to hire a professional real estate agent was to advise me on pricing so that my property would be congruent with the market.  We chose a mutually-agreed upon price, she advertised it in local publications, she held open-houses, and we waited.  No offers were forthcoming.  Well, I am no fool and I know that if a property is not selling it is priced too high.  So I asked Sue, "what will it take to sell this house?"  Does this not sound like a normal conversational progression?  To which she replied, "I am SO tired of people asking me that question!  Whan are people going to stop asking me that question?"  And I'm thinking that she desperately needs to retire, because she is a real estate agent and that is what they are hired to determine!

So she will not discuss price, but she will talk extensively about how her dogs urinate on her curtains at home, how bad she needs a vacation, how ill-behaved other real estate agents are, and stories from her professional career that happened 30 years ago.

So in our frustration we lowered the price in an attempt to escape the madness.  She never questioned us about our decision or advised us one way or the other.....the one and ONLY function I ever hired an agent for in the first place!  She simply processed the paperwork and we had a contract in 12 hours.  When she bold-faced lied to my husband at the closing table he was shocked; so I asked her not to be present when I signed:  because NEVER in this process (might I add) were we EVER desperate.  We just wanted the sale of our property to move in a forward direction; not remain stagnant.

And, unfortunately for me, I do everything by the book.  Before closing I followed the chain-of-command within Schneider in an attempt to get some satisfaction.  I requested an audience with one of the co-owners and the sales manager.  Ultimately I met with the sales manager and the career development employee to tell my tale.  They were obviously friends with Sue, so the feedback that I received contained such phrases as "seller's remorse", no one likes to be "strong-armed", and "unfortunate circumstances", but NOTHING was done to address my true concerns.

Bottom line: there are too many real estate agents in the St Louis area to even consider hiring this one.  Call Assist-to-Sell; they will perform the same service and you will save a ton of money.

Finally, to add insult to injury, Sue texted me as I was driving to our new out-of-state home after closing.  She wrote, "Best wishes.  Now go enjoy your life.  We never know how much time we have left."  UNBELIEVABLE!
