Sugarcraft Disreputable, Erratic, Check Ohios Attorney General site for multiple complaints Hamilton, Ohio

This morning I added to the list of complaints filed against Sugarcraft with the Ohio Attorny General's office, Consumer Complaint division. All this over $16.80. I did send the string of emails between Joyce and me to show the AG office that this woman is notstable. It all started so well.

I ordered, they charged my credit card within minutes. The next day they both phoned and emailed they could not send the largest part of my order, a set of cookie cutters. Did I want the other two? I replied I could wait two weeks if they thought they could get those in by then. No response after a full business day.

I emailed that I can appreciate they may still be checking but please confirm that they understand not to send a partial order. Joyce's response was not about her checking on the availability or understanding she should not send the partial order. Instead I receive a response "Would you like the partial order sent?."

I then went on-line and found several consumer sites with compaints about Sugarcraft. I politely emailed her back that I did not want a partial order. She sent back an e-mail rant that I would have to pay re-stocking fees. It was so unprofessional. Rather than involve myself with this negativity, I called my credit card company that issued a full credit and they said they will deal with it. I filed a consumer complaint with the Ohio AG office and I'm getting the word out. At best, this woman is erratic. She probably get's some orders correct but is unprofessional, even disreputable when she does not.
