This place is a joke. Packaged arrived late and the order was wrong. While we can take some blame for the late arrival, it's inexcusable to falsely advertise one thing and sell another. We ordered four 20 inch by 5 foot cellophane rolls for my son's preschool project. Needed these exact measurements. When we unrolled the cellophane to cut it to the needed size, each roll was short about 1 foot, and one of the rolls was the wrong color, wrong material (foil instead of cellophane), and only 18 inches wide. How many people have they done this to?

Before discovering this, we also had a run in with their customer service over shipping and the processing of the order. Boy are they patronizing- After 5 days from when the order was placed, we inquired about the tracking number and were told UPS would generate a tracking number and send to us when it was ready. Feeling like the ball was getting dropped and in need of the cellophane for my son's preschool project, we asked to speak with someone else about our order. As it turned out, they hadn't even processed the order 5 days after our credit card had already been charged! Despite them advertising as being open 24/7, the "6-10 business days, UPS shipping" option also includes the 5 business days that they sit on your order (not including weekends). It only took UPS four business days to get here. It took almost 2 weeks for our order to get here!

We'll never use this company again. Please do the same.
