Summit Merchant Solutions scam, deception, unscrupulous, prey on small business Fort Worth Texas

A salesman came into my small business selling credit card processing.  He worked for Summit Merchant Solutions. After looking at my previous processing company, he told me he couldsave me at least $85 to $100 per month.  I was excited because I am a small business and every little bit helps.  He called his "supervisor" who claimed that they could do even better rates.  I signed up.  Stupid me.....I should have researched this company first......One month of processing with this company my first fee came out.  IT WAS DOUBLE the amount of my prior company and it was the same dollar value of processing.  When I called the salesman, he said he would call me right back. Guess what, I never heard from him again. 

I also called the company and fought with the guy in "customer service".  I use that term loosely.  They are not there to service.  He transferred me over to the cancellation specialist.  It was then that I FIRST learned of the $495 early termination fee.  The saleman neglected to verbally tell me this.  I NEVER would sign with a company that I have never used before knowing there was an early cancellation fee.  I closed my account so they could no longer grab money from my account.  Fast forward 4 months, I am being threatened by SUMMIT MERCHANT SOLUTIONS that they are sending me to a collection agency, attaching it to my personal credit, which is excellent, and the amount I now owe is over $800.  HOW IS THIS COMPANY GETTING AWAY WITH DIRTY PRACTICE?????  I will fight this to the end.  They picked the wrong person!!!!
