Summit Merchant Solutions M + credit card processing Misrepresentation,overcharging,bait and switch Ft Worth Texas

 I was lied to plain and simple.  I agreed to pay a rate of about $14/ month plus asmall 5 for each transaction. the very first bill I got after only 3

transactions was around $47 !! I called the Company and got the run around . The processing device  for my cell phone only worked a couple of

times and took a very long time to "hook up". I cancelled my service after the 30 day trial when I dscovered that iIwas being charged around 

$100 for a  "Credit Card Compliance fee" that the Company alleged was a federal requirement .

I got ahold of the salesman that came to my door ( X - Marine and a really nice guy- who quit the Company when he realised that deception was

occuring !).He tried to resolve the issue to no avail. I then closed my bank account so the Company could not take more of my money ( over

$750 for a 4 months worth of service !)

This Summit Merchant Solutions is a very bad Company and has very rude bill collectors who call at all hours day and night.

I have filed a complaint with the Federal agency dealing with this issue.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY -DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!

thank God I dont need to have good credit in my business ,as they will try to ruin it  !
