Consumers and Carriers Beware, Summit Van Lines is a Scam Operated by Ofer Gazit and Guy Shoshan, do not let the name Summit Van Lines fool you, they are no different than the local rogue company. Summit Van Lines and their associates are nothing but a bunch of Lying thieves. I have complaint to the BBB regarding their practices and they responded with nothing but lies! Not only did they defraud my company by $1020 but they have also charged for cubic feet that wasn’t correct, and damaged all of our customers furniture at the time of delivery. They also refuse to pay for damages to the customer and return all federal contract back to my company, I have also heard from other moving companies they have been a victim of their so call Credit refund and lack of original contract being send back to the originating carrier. Employees working for Summit Van Lines have also come forward regarding their pay being cheated and not being told prior that they made a mistake in some case some of their labor workers came forward and told me that when Guy Shoshan was confronted of the pay error that they made an excused that they damaged something or that they didn’t work the hours etc. the list goes on. A company like Summit Van Lines should be under investigation by Immigration, Labor department and other federal departments regarding their business practice. I have already launch several complaints to federal and local authorities regarding their business practice along with affidavit sworn testimonials of prior employees that have had issues along with prior carriers that they have defrauded. STAY AWAY FROM SUMMIT VAN LINES. DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM.

PERSON INVOLVED IN MR. GONZALEZ WHOSE REAL NAME IS MR SCHILLING ACCUSATION

AUTHOR: kristina - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, April 15, 2014

Mr. Gonzalez's Real name is Sergei Schilling (or however you spell it)... first of all.

Mr. Schilling should take sales classes and learn how to be honest with customers, maybe that is when he can actually work for a reputable and professional carriers like us, instead of bouncing from different brokers because they do not want to deal with all the problems he creates in jobs he closes and how dishonest he is.

He has used names Mike, Sergei, Phillip, Josh, and any other name that comes into his head when the customers call to resolve an issue about the price he provided, services he said were included, or volunteering workers to move customers for free.... which the owner of the company told him about as well. The guys do not work for free, they do not provide any materials for free. He tells customers they will pay $300 flat or 3 hours minimum at $75=$85 for 2 guys, and $85-95 for 3 guys. However, he will not tell you packing materials is additional, he will not tell you that there is a travel time and he doesn’t tell that customer pays according to the hours guys work - NOT FLAT FEE THAT HE TELLS CUSTOMERS!!!!!

Secondly, if you would like to speak to a actual live person who happens to have worked with LIAR MR SERGEI SCHILLING.... can contact me and I will put you with a foreman, to explain to you how much he is lying to customers and doesn’t answer the phone, unlike professional movers like us, once the problem arises.

He called me personally and told me not to tell my boss and to do a job for him. I knowing how he operates told the boss that he called and provided my boss with his phone#. Once my boss spoke to him, he told me not to even bother with him, because the job he wanted us to do for $300 flat, came out to be $1500 move.

The reason this guy is posting his hallucinations, is because I have been told by the same guys that he claims trashing our company, that Sergei is on drugs  and he has to lie to customers to be able to make money to support his habit. (this is the only way he knows how to do so).

Lies and drug use by Summit Van Lines

AUTHOR: Cyberman - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, December 11, 2013

This is the same rebuttal that you have provide the BBB, try to be more original next time.  American Relocation Services only has 22 complaints in which they all have been resolved! When doing research on summit Van Lines we have found over 200 complaints for damages, for overcharges, and failure to satisfied claims and refunds, unlike us we satisfied all refunds and claims prior to the transfer of our company to California, again Summit Van Lines is attempting to avoid their financial responsibility. Summit Van Lines needs to undergo a drug testing on all their employees especially their senior sales representative Kristina which smokes Marijuana cigarettes while on the clock, last time I check Marijuana is still illegal in the state of Florida and it is still consider a scheduled I controlled Substance.

The Department of Transportation requires all DOT licenses movers to undergo a random drug testing of all employees in the work places, so why is Summit Van Lines allowing Drug use in the work place while under a federal contract? Is this the moving company you want to hire and handle your precious household items?  Not only are they breaking the law by having drug use in the work place but also they have already broken every law in the moving industry. How many of you have hired Summit Van Lines and signed empty contract “NO PRICE” and then been forced to pay substantial amount of monies after everything has been loaded, you probably can’t do much because you have already signed their empty revised binding estimate prior to the job starting or loading of the truck,

I have had prior foremen and employees come forward and provide me with written affidavit statements of Summit Van Line shaving their customers sign empty contract and then providing the price after everything is in the truck. DOT requires that a mover provides a revise binding estimate prior to loading of the truck and a table measurement sheet justifying the increasement of their move prior to the job starting, Summit Van Lines does not follow DOT regulations this is why they have over 2 pages on google of bad reviews and complaints regarding their practices, next time Summit Van Lines ask you to sign empty contracts send them away they will rip you off. If they can rip me off and rip off the truck repair company, and their employees, imagine what they can do to you the consumer.

I guess they need to rip merchants, customers etc, in order to support their employees drug habits.  If you have been ripped off by Summit Van Lines please email me, and join our class action suit, I will email you the paperwork to submit back to me I will need a copy of your bill of lading and other shipping documents provided to you by summit van lines. Those who have requested quotes and received a quote from Kristina I wouldn’t hold my breath that the estimate she provide you is correct, again being under the influence of any mind altering substance in the state of Florida without a prescription is against the law and consider a felony while working under a federal , state licenses

Response to Mr. Gonzalez false report

AUTHOR: Summit Van Lines - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, December 10, 2013

Mr. Gonzalez had contact our company to ask for our help to complete some deliveries to some of his customers with our trailers. Upon arrival of our drivers to complete said deliveries our drivers encountered several problems with Mr. Gonzalez customers, which they refused to pay the alleged balance claiming they had open claims for charges dispute as they understood they were being ripped off as their estimates were increased more than 100%, we tried to contact Mr. Gonzalez regarding this issues and he didn't respond to our calls, therefore we released the shipments without collecting any money from the customers and advised them to contact Mr. Gonzalez to resolve the payment claims, as we had nothing to do with the charges, we just delivered the goods.

Mr. Gonzalez has changed the name of his company several times, ignoring the customer’s messages and or trying to avoid responding to their claims. A few of the customers we delivered from ARS notified to us they have contacted the police and made reports against ARS, but since Mr. Gonzalez changes the name of the company, his customers claims and complaints remain unsolved as Mr. Gonzalez do not address them and ignores them completely.

After seeing Mr. Gonzalez practice and that the customers we delivered shipments from ARS have the same complaints about Mr. Gonzalez, we decided to terminate any business relationship with Mr. Gonzalez and his business as we do not want to be part of his fraudulent practice on deceiving customers, being dishonest with them, avoiding to resolve their claims, etc. This said we certify that no moneys were collected from the alleged deliveries and we advise Mr. Gonzalez to take responsibility and answer his customer’s inquiries, claims and concerns instead of changing his company name and avoid answering to the problems with his customers.

Also the license for operations of Mr. Gonzalez DBA American Relocation's (last known company name), which show as inactive/cancelled - Proove that Mr. Gonzales pattern is to change the name of his company to avoid facing his customers on the claims he has for increasing their quotes.  As it is also demonstrated on the DOT certification states Mr. Gonzalez DBA American Relocations had in 2013 12 claims for charges, 1 of unauthorized operations, 2 for keeping goods hostage, among others. Furthermore Mr. Gonzalez tends to give different and false names as well, which this can be verified on the FL Dept of State registration where Mr. Gonzalez registered under another name.

It's clear that this individual is trying to scam our company, harm the name of Summit Van Lines and deceave customers. Once again we advise him to take responsibility and do the right thing and to respond to his customers with honesty and ethics.

We have also contacted the local authorities as Mr. Gonzalez have made several and serious threats against our company personnel indicating that he knows the address of our business and our home and he will cause damage to our personal and company property if we don’t give him money. If Mr. Gonzalez threats do not seize we will proceed to take legal action against Mr. Gonzalez.
