Summit Source rip-off Electonics Online Site - BUYER BEWARE ?!!!!
THIS COMPANY HAS RIP - OFF POLICIES...
AND WON'T MAKE A BAD ORDER RIGHT AS FOLLOWS:
I WAS SOLD AN ANTENNA THAT DID NOT WORK AS SPECS SHEET SAYS CHANNELMASTER 3000A IS TO BRING IN AND AMPLIFY UHF STATIONS 30 MILES AWAY AND IT ABSOLUTELY DID NOT !!!
THE AC/DC CONVERTER WAS OVER - HEATING & VERY DANGEROUS SMELLING AS IT WAS ABOUT TO START AN ELECTRICAL FIRE !!!
THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO REFUND MY ORDER PRICE AS I FIND THIS ANTENNA DID NOT PERFORM AS ADVERTISED THEREBY MAKING MY USE OF IT IMPOSSIBLE !!!
THIS ONLINE RIP-OFF COMPANY IS LOCATED IN FT. WAYNE, INDIANA AND PLEASE BEWARE & DON'T GET RIPPED OFF AS THE Y SAY THEY ONLY REFUND ON ELECTRONICS & ELECTRONICS LIKE ITEMS IN 7 DAYS TIME. DOES THAT MEAN 7 DAYS SINCE ITEM IS DELEVERED OR 7 DAYS FROM WHEN THEY SHIP IT OR 7 DAYS FROM WHEN ??? WHAT DOES THIS ACTUALLY MEAN ???

We do try to please our customers, but we realize that this is not always the case. We have been in business for over 30 years and have over hundred thousand unique customers. We strive for 100% satisfaction, but I realize it is not always possible to please everyone.
As for your comment about the short return policy for electronics, it is because in the the past we had people that would order antennas and other electronic equipment and would use it for an event and then try to return the item like it didn't work. The costs became too high for us and we changed our term and conditions to reflect this. In order to keep the best prices for our customers, we have had to change our policies in certain product categories.

I was VERY HAPPY with the service I received, the follow up, and esp the products!!!!! I just used the CAT6 cable I bought from Summit Source just a couple of weeks ago in our new house in Springfield, MO (...glad I ordered it -- had it just when I needed it!). Summit Source is now bookmarked and WRITTEN DOWN IN INK!
