Sun Communities Poor Service San Antonio Texas

I will never recommend this property to anyone.  My back door has been broken since Friday, May 3, 2013 and as of today it is still not fixed.  I called the office this morning and was told a contractor was coming over.  The contractor showed up and said they will be back.  I took off work Sunday because the only thing keeping someone from coming in my home is a peace of ply wood.  I made arrangement for someone to be here Friday and Saturday.  Now, I am calling my employer telling them once again I will not be in the office.  My lease is up June 2013 and due to the numerous problems I have encountered since I moved in I will not be staying. This is poor service all the way around. An unsecure back door that has broken glass and all someone has to do is put their hand through the glass and open door is not safe.  I want this door fixed today and it better be before 5:00pm.
