Gas station has no visable signs and charges $2.00 per gallon. Research shows that a court has ordered them to post signs or be subjected to a fine of $250.00 a day. Question is why is this not being enforced ?

Every gas pump has the price per grade listed on it. Never, ever saw a pump which didn't list those prices. Did you even bother to look at it???
What these people are doing is taking advantage of STUPID PEOPLE who do not look at the gas pump price...the same type of people who sign contracts without reading what they are obligating themselves to, then cry and whine later because of their own stupidity!
They've got to be laughing their asses off at the incredible number of dummys who won't even look a few inches above the pump hose nozzle to see what they are buying!
Incredible!

the gas stations posted small signs that are barely visible from the road in order to comply with the city ordinance about posting their prices. The city did try to fine them, and a judge last august wiped out the 43,000$ in fines they had racked up. I cant find anything more current than last october when they erected some very small signs with their prices.
