Sun Trust Financial Group, Wachovia Financial Services ripoff New York New York

I was searching on the internet for a personal loan, I fund this wed site www.suntrustfinancialgroup.com, since the website appears to OK then I submitted an online application, few days later I was contacted by this company Sun Trust Financial Group representative "Heidi Spencer" responding to my online application, after she explained to me I requested more info including a loan agreement (all documents are available upon requested) , I received all documents by fax on June 22, 2007 and all was fine, according to then and the document that I have I was approved for a $50,000 USD personal loan, I was required to pay a loan premium of $2,322.16. Since I had all documents with me, on Tuesday June 26, 2007 I sent to them by Western Union the total of $2,322.16 plus $129.99 service fee for a total of $2,452.15, money was going to be deposited within 4 to 8 hours according to the loan agreement, the money never maded to my checking account them I contact them but they told me that an additional $579 was due for security, I asked then to cancell everything and refund my money, they told me that money was going to be sent by UPS Friday June 29, 2007, today is December 29, 2007 and they have't refund or contact me back since now they don't answer my calls. I want them to refund the total amount I sent of $2,452.15.
