Sunglasses Giant no customer service, BEWARE!!!! Austin, Texas

I ordered sunglasses from this company.  I waited a little over a week for them to "update" their website hoping they would.  After not updating their website after a week or so I went to try to call them, and guess what.....NO phone number to TALK to anyone!!!! 

So I went to google and tried to find a number to contact them and I bumped into all kinds of other peoples testimonials on this company and it made me very worried about this company I already bought and paid for sunglasses from. 

So I tried emailing the company like they want you to so they can get back to you when ever they feel they want to.  This lady writes me back saying:

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.  Your order is being processed at this time; however, due to our high volume of sales, I cannot guarantee its immediate shipment.  As customer satisfaction is our first priority, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail as soon as your order does ship.  If we cannot ship the item in a reasonable time we will notify you via email.

Well if it was due to high volume of sales then why did you already collect my money let alone allow your website to continue taking orders on glasses.  I can read between the lines, and basically saying that they will ship them when ever they feel like.  I happen to work for my money and there is a reason why I have ordered these glasses and that is because I want them to wear!!!  DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WON'T GET BACK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AND YOU ARE OUT YOUR MONEY!!!!  BEWARE!!!
