Sunglasses Giant DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!! MIGHT BE SCAM COMPANY Round Rock Texas

DON’T ORDER WITH SUNGLASSESGIANT.COM!!!! I would not be surprised if that is a scam company. I placed an order almost two weeks ago and haven’t received a shipping confirmation. Also they never updated my order status on their website. When emailing them about the status of my order I got two, I would think, automatic replies:

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.  Your order is being processed at this time; however, due to our high volume of sales, I cannot guarantee its immediate shipment.  As customer satisfaction is our first priority, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail as soon as your order does ship.  If we cannot ship the item in a reasonable time we will notify you via email.

Hello, Thank you for your email. Our shipping Department has stated the  Smith Sunglasses Chief had to be ordered from the manufcaturer and are expected to be recieved by us sometime next week. They never provided an estimated delivery date and I am still waiting for a shipping confirmation. So I emailed them again, three times, no response. Once I threatened them to take other actions if this issue is not resolved immediately they finally responded, BUT with the same emails they already sent me!! I googled the address of the company and checking the street view, it is a single family home!! Also it is more than weird that you only can contact them via email, no phone number to reach out to them. I read a lot of costumer reviews and they are very similar to mine.

There was already one filed on rip off report in 2011, that costumer received the same emails. (http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Sunglasses-Giant/Austin-Texas-78732/Sunglasses-Giant-no-customer-service-BEWARE-Austin-Texas-750273) Based on that it seems that this is a standard procudure and it looks like whenever you contact them you get these automatic replies and and some point they just stop responding! I will never order with them again. Just put down a stop payment with my bank and cancelled my order.
