Do not use this company unless you never want to see your things again!! They are rip-off artists and use your personal belongs to extort you for more money!! They never gave me a delivery date when I moved from NC to FL. They picked up my things on July 7th, late of course and told me they would be delivered by the 9th or 10th.
On the 9th I called to see what time they would be there. I was told by Sean that they had 21 days to deliver my things and he hung up on me. I called throughout the week and had to call at least twenty times to get a live person and then I was screamed at by Chad and hung up on various times. They could never nail down a delivery date. At one point the idiots were sending my things to Boston!
Finally the driver shows up at my place Sunday night at midnight! REALLY!! He wanted more money and when I told him to unload my things so I could see if they were actually mine because at one point they went to Boston, he said no and drove away. Told me that he would be back the next day. I didn't hear or see anyone until I filed a police report and the officer called Chad Abrams, the worst manager around. Very nice until he gets your money and then he is a complete a'hole. Chad lied to the police officer and told him the company contacted me to arrange delivery. Never happened. He also told the officer he wasn't sure where my things were. The next day I get a call from Sean, another idiot manager telling me that I owed $983 plus a $500 redelivery fee because I did not accept my things at MIDNIGHT, the day before my first day on my new job. Unbelievable!
Do not use this company unless you never want to see your things again and basically let Russian criminals into your house to basically steal your stuff while you pay them. If anyone is interested in helping me put them out of business let me know. I have contacted every government agency I know of and they all pass the buck. Go figure!
