Sunshine Subscription Agency - SSA Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing charges, Coral Springs Florida

On April 28, 2007 a young man came to my front door requesting me to order a magazine subscription. He said he was competing against 50 other students to win a scholarship to the college of his choice. He said he wanted to go to NYU. After looking at the magazine list, I found them to be magazines that were well known.

He seemed quite reputable, albeit I felt it would be a good idea to help by contributing to the cause. I then asked about ordering a specific magazine and was told that it would be $30.00 and there would be a $10.00 handling and processing fee.

I paid the $40.00 by personal and completed the subscription slip by giving my home mailing address. I have the original receipt copy completed by the person claiming to be Dion Menutt from Roaddogs Sales Co. The sales recept also looked legitimate.

I was told that because I was the 10th person to purchase from him that day, I was entitled to an additional magazine at no extra charge. He then told me I would begin receiving the magazines within 30 to 60 days.

I have become quite disturbed after researching this company on the web only to find information about the company not being found credible and learning that I have become a victim of this scam. I have been left quite uneasy with regards to giving my personal home information, along with checking account data to this company. I personally would like to learn more about taking legal action against this company and even perhaps the representative selling on their behalf. Any further details that can be furnished will be greatly appreciated.
