Suntrust Mortgage Insurance department enforced their own insurance on my property at 5 times the going rate. They placed this on account and put it in an escrow account for a previous years home owner policy. I have given Suntrust mortgage the paper work from my Allstate insurance company.

The worst customer experience and extremely poort customer service. This company is a ripoff.
