I AM FIGHTING SUNTRUST. ONE OF THE COUNTS IS THE FLORIDA CIVIL RICO STATUTE. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH SUNTRUST BANK WHERE THEY TOLD YOU "NOT TO PAY YOUR MORTGAGE" SO THAT THEY CAN PROCESS A MODIFICATION FOR YOU, PLEASE RESPOND WITH YOUR INFORMATION. RECOMENDING DEFAULT IS JUST ONE OF MANY CRIMES THEY COMMIT. I WOULD LIKE TO DOCUMENT A LIST OF SIMILAR VICTIMS FOR THE COURT. PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU.

I was abused by Suntrust Mortgage - they made loan mod i paid then was foreclosed on. I wwant to join a class action lawsuit against them, mario13@aol.com

I AM SUING THEM IN A COUNTERCLAIM. THIS INCLUDES A FLORIDA CIVIL RICO SUIT. PLEASE DESCRIBE YOUR EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING IF THEY SAID YOU WERE IN A MODIFICATION AND THEN CANCELLED, ETC, AS I WISH TO DESCRIBE THEIR PATTERN OF CRIMES.

i also have had this experience with Suntrust Mortgage. They have many sneeky tactics. Be carefull, please contact me with anything if you also have attempted modification whth them.
