Flight was delayed a few times, was told by our sunwing representative the wrong pick up time!!

had to pay for another set of tickets to get home, when I contacted them they claimed the rep. gave us the right time... They even claimed they arrainged a wake up call which is obviously a lie because if I got a wake up call my wife and I would not have missed our flight!!

The sunwing represenative is just lying to cover up her mistake, no one is responsible for their own actions anymore... No one steps up to do the right thing.

I travel alot and this is by far the worst expererience ever
