I used www.wowmine.org's power leveling service and i must say i am more than disappointed. I payed for my order and they started leveling it at the time i specified and i was monitoring the character threw www.wowarmory.com which allows you to see the characters current level, gear, etc.. and everything was going fine.

After about 5 days i noticed the characters level stayed the same for 3 days i didn't think much of it until i got an email from blizzard saying my account was banned

***Notice of Account Closure***

Account Name: WOW1

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (""Hacks"")

Wondering what happened i contacted there live service and spoke with "Fiona". I explained what happened to her asking why my account was banned for the use of hacks when they clearly state on there website that they do not use any bots or 3rd party programs while leveling. I received no response so i reloaded the page no notice the live chat was down so i sent an email to there customer service explaining what happened. The next day i logged back onto the chat where "Fiona" answers again only again to get no response. I reloaded it and logged back in and this time nobody was joining the chat. Thinking that they were ignoring me i made up a character name and email and logged in only to instantly be greeted by "Fiona" again i made another one and was instantly greeted by Fiona not 5 seconds after joining. I got back on my character name only to still have nobody join the chat so its obvious that they were ignoring me.

This site states 100% satisfaction guarantee and refund yet offers no help for problems they cause and completely ignores you. I have yet to get into contact with or receive a response from the emails i send. I have even called them and spoke with a woman, probably this Fiona, only to be turned back to the online chat. I would highly recommend not using them as they obviously use some sort of 3rd party program while leveling your character.

If anybody from wowmine does read this all i want is my money back or a new CD key.
