Same exact thing happened to me. They kept telling me they sent it but the gold never showed up. It was 12 hours before I got a person in chat and within 30 seconds they booted me from chat with an automated response on how to get my gold. I have already contacted my credit card company to put the transaction in dispute. More to follow. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save yourself the hassle.
