Superior Moving and Storage.. Mikel Pike....Anthony Aglione Take your money and then laugh and taunt you.. Pompano Beach Florida

 I entered into this contract with Superior Moving and Storage with explicit instruction to be moved on October 24 because my additional plans involved scheduling the move of myself, my girlfriend and vehicles with Amtrak. I also made hotel reservations in Florida to accommodate us while we waited for our belongings to arrive...I was given a specific, confirmed and guaranteed move date of October 24,2013..I gave a credit card to reserve that specific date and that date only...My credit card was charged by Mikel Pike of Superior Moving on October 2 for the amount of $500.00, the receipt states non refundable because I was reserving that specific date...The very next morning I was told that they could only provide a block of dates...10-20 to 10-25..I called and explained that was not what was discussed and I paid a deposit for a specific date not a block of dates. To me this is deceit and I asked for my money to be returned, which was promptly dismissed by Superior. I spoke with the Attorney General's office and was told to invoke under Florida and Federal law the ( 3 day cooling of period ) for contracts which I have done...If they could not provide that guaranteed date then the contract is null and void. I have also written to the Department of Transportation, New Jersey Attorney General and Office of Consumer Affairs..
