Superior Travel Services Deceiving and sales misrepresentation Pigeon Forge Tennessee

Superior, look at #3 on this complaint your savings is $18.00, we have confirmed with Holland America and International Services  Rep (Deleon). So you can say anything you want .

Fact is after all this I will file with Attorney General in state of Tennesee very soon!

If Any other Clients of Superior Travel Services are uphappy and feel youve been duked and scammed Please email me,  (((email redacted))) we will not set alone on this .

Member still does not provide us with any specifics on how we are misleading. We have further looked into his 21-day cruise and have found him a total savings of $438 for the two adults traveling. Member says that he is still disatisfied with his savings and was irate while talking to our representatives. Our representative asked him to review his savings together and member declined. We never stated how much we will save a member per vacation but we do guarantee that we will have the lowest pricing, which we did. A member is allowed to fax us any lower pricing for our representatives to review so he will recieve the lowest price, member said he will be faxing us over the information, yet we are still waiting to recieve this information.

Superior Travel Services and International Travel, You guys are making yourself look bad by answering a rebuttal to the complaint.Your clearly showing what type of a travel service you are.  Read very slowly

(2)You are not a travel club. PERIOD

(3)You cannot give any type of wholesale savings to anybody. PERIOD

(4) Pay attention here, you have decieved clients for a finacial gain using   unfair            business practices. PERIOD

(5) The Business practice you used is bait and switch. PERIOD

Definition: Bait and Switch: bait and switch is a form of fraud used in sales and other forms and contexts, baiting customers products or services at a low price and switching after products and services cannot be delivered at that sales or retail price.

Legality:

Breaking this law can result in criminal prosecution unlimited fine and 2 years in jail and or prison if Federal Law is violated.

This company states they saved me a whole $18.00 LOL

They have a scam of selling wholesale blocks of travel services at wholesale pricing, (this is there sales pitch) and passing savings to club members.

There pricing is nothing of a sort. They are a travel agency not a travel club agency, this has been verified with ITS rep Delone while We both were on the phone with Holland America to find out the pricing, I beat superiors and I.T.S. pricing altogether, they just needed to verify with me on the phone with Holland America. Once My better price was verified and Holland America off the phone Delone says well will get you a better price now, Whoo h*o a whopping $18.00 LOL rol.

Now they are stated as saying there is no bait and switch. Sounds like it is!

This is a criminal act of unfair business sales practices. Next stop Attorney General. See ya guys later!

The customer listed above has not listed any specifics to his allegations of misrepresentation or any criminal act. As the customer stated we did save him $18 per person on this cruise which is the lowest price. We will, in fact, beat any price our members can find independently guaranteed. As I do agree that $18 is minimal savings, we are always open to comparing prices. You can not place the vaule of this program on one 21-day cruise. Our members are given a price match guarantee which states members are guaranteed to recieve the lowest price on any travel itinerary. If the customer would like to compare prices we are willing to look further into this matter and assist them; however, they will need to act courteously and allow our management staff the opportunity to assist them.
