supermediastore Shipping is terrible! La Puente California

I will no longer buy from this company again. They use a shipping company that does not care if your package gets stolen. I live on a city street in Philadelphia & I came home to see my package sitting on my front step. There is no porch, there is no fence. It is my steps along a city sidewalk that is open to anyone who walks by. What this company will say is, "If it gets stolen, we will replace it." What about my personal credit card info. on my receipt? They just don't care. I think they use Laser Ship. Google Laser Ship reviews. I have had 3 packages stolen because Laser Ship gets out of their car, it is regular people, puts it on your step & leaves. Sometimes they don't even ring your bell. That is how Supermediastore ships for free. The pick a carrier that is terrible. I used to love this store but they lost a customer. They will probably say "Oh we are sorry...blah blah blah" With identity theft as bad as it is...this company is cheap for a reason. Your info. is not safe & I hope your home when your package gets delivered! Buyer beware!
