supermediastore Linkyo These jerks after receiving my return refuse to relace it. Even thought it was faulty LaPuente , California

After receiving a order from supermediastore,all of the inkjet cartridges worked except the Magenta cartridge.  I purchased locally a re-manufactured cartridge from Cartridge World and it worked, confirming supermedia's cartridge was bad.  I contacted them and was informed where to send the cartridge at my expense, which I did.

They admitted that they had received the cartridge, but that is was an original Epson cartridge, and they would not refund or replace my cartridge. 

I sent a email back to them explaining that I had removed there "re-manufactured" tag before I sent it back and they could probably tell since it Epson label was sticky from the other tags adhesive.

I emailed them twice and these folks didn't even have the courtesy of answering either of my emails.
