Surburban Propane charged for services not ageed to and failed to provide other services Horseheads, New York

Surburban Propane submitted a bill for rental of their tanks, which was never mentioned in my contract with them.  When I complained they reduced the rental fee by half.  I paid it due to the possibility of them removing their tanks, leaving me with no heat.

I sold this residence and immediately upon closing, requested that they get a reading on the tank volumes and make arrangements to remove them and credit my account.  They failed to do so, resulting in the new homeowner using 40-50 gals of my propane.  After repeated phone calls to Suburban, the finally removed the tanks one month and one week after the property was sold. 

Suburban then credited me with the remaining propane, but also added a $60.00 "closing fee".

By my conservative estimate, I lost somewhere between $200.00 and $240.00 to this company.
