Sure Heat Manufacturing SHM International Worst company I have dealt with Kennesaw Georgia

I purchased propane gas logs in Dec 2013 from Home Depot, Lex Ky.  Worked fine from Dec '13 till Apr '14.

Attempted to use in Oct '14, but pilot flame would not stay on. Owner manual said to deal with manufacturer,

Not Home Depot.

 Called SCM for help. Was given 'trouble-shooting'

procedures, but never solved problem. After many calls, was given info to return the log-frame to SCM in Georgia

for repair.  After 3 weeks, began calling weekly for status. (SCM is very difficult to get a "person" on phone. Get

only "messages" but they never return my calls) 

When able to get a "person", they say they are really "backlogged", be patient & will get repair ASAP. After nearly

two months, still have not received my repaired log-frame. After reading "Ripoff" reports of others trying to deal

with this company, have to agree, would never deal with them again.
