SureWay ripoff, fraudulentley represent themselves said I would get a credit card in the mail in 14 days Champlain New York

I recieced a phone call on April 8, 2005 from a lady that goes by Crystal her emplyee number is 151. I told her to call me back on Saturday April 15, 2005 at 1:30 when my husband was home so she could tell him the same thing she told me. I received that phone call. We went over all the details such as we could transfer the amounts of are other credit cards at 0%. Crystal as she called herself, asked when would be a good day to take the money out of our checking account I told her on April 22, 2005. My husband and I are trying to get our credit back on track so we thought this was a good thing to do.

But after the time that Crystal said our card would be it never came so for the pas week and a half I have been calling the number Crystal employee number 151 gave me, all I kept getting was a recording I left message after message and no one ever returned my call. I got worried and went on line to my bank to see if I could find out the name of the company the money went to. And I did find the name and its is Sureway Beneficial. I went on line to find out information on this company and found out tha they are no in the U.S.A they are in Canada. I hope there is a way to catch these scam artist. It is a shame that people who are doing the right thing always get scamed.
