I ordered an alarm kit from these guys.  Everything seemed fine until I opened it up and discovered  it was missing some parts. I wasn't able to get a response from them, by email and telephone. They say they answered my email but never bothered to call with the number I had left when I called. They also told me it their email was probably in my spam folder but it wasn't.  I filed a PayPal dispute (not a claim) they flew off the handle. They accused me of lying and cheating them out of their parts because I had filed a dispute, it's interesting that got a response from them.  The customer service rep who corresponded with me would not give out their name, that says a lot.  I have their emails but didn't post them here. I also got a call from a man named Ted, who says he's been with the company for 15 years as VP of Marketing. Ted, if that is your real name, you need to learn how to speak with people. This guy called me a liar, accused me of fraud and said I was terrorist. Also told me I had to cancel dispute to get anything done.  Which I would not. All I wanted was what I bought. The order was drop shipped from a company called Tri Ed.  I suspect they have had this problem before, I even asked them when I got my package if I had been sent a refurbished unit. I never got a response on that question.

I now await their refund process to get anything done which they say is my fault for filing with PayPal.

I ordered an alarm kit from these guys.  Everything seemed fine until I opened it up and discovered  it was missing some parts.

All I wanted was what I bought.

They have said they will refund me for the issues I have had.

And I thank them for doing that!!
