Surveyspot SurveySpot Refuses To Pay Shelton, Connecticut

To put it simply, SurveySpot simply refuses to pay.  I've been a member with them for years and I've never really had any issues with them until; recently.  After they switched over to the point system, I had to wait about 2 months before I could cash out because of "technical difficulties" and now the same issue is going on.

On March 27 there was a technical issue when I went to cash out and was unable to cash out so I thought I'd wait.  Well, a few weeks ago I get a new error message saying the cash out is flagged in the system and to contact customer service to find out what the issue is?  What customer service?  SS has NO customer service.  However, they did respond to me, telling me to check my SS profile and paypal profile to make sure the address and phone is correct.  I checked and everything matches, and I still cannot cash out.

Bottom line is that SS owes me $91.50 and I've been waiting for the last 3 months to be paid what is rightfully mine and I am tired of SS backtracking and not paying it's members for taking surveys!
