I placed an ad to seek an investor in a restaurant. Ms Ports (Mycko) emailed me that I should call her- that she is "NOT a broker." She told me if I give her US $600.00 she will put my investment on a list of properties sought by "all-cash" foreigners who wish to emigrate to the US. Myself being a licensed Florida real estate person, it is my habit of checking on the licenses of people who deal with real estate or business opportunities. She has no real estate license (in either name). I am notifying the authorities
