Susan Mycko Citizen USA is a Scam and Targets Business Owners who are selling Business. north miami, Florida

I was contacted by Susan Mycko of Citizen USA to sell my business in October of 2009 and was explained the entire process at my office. I had already talked to a Realtor back in 2009 to sell the business and was told to sell business for 100k to sell it fast. After I sat down with Susan M, she adviced that she would be able to sell business for over 200k to investor from Venezuela and that she didn't charge any fee's for the sale of Business. She then called me after a few weeks and told me that she had a buyer interested in Business and that she would need a $5000 deposit so that it can be put on escrow account. That money would then be refunded by a check if the interested investor would not buy the business. After 6 months there was nothing but lies about buyer and all his information. I then asked for my money back via Wire Transfer and or Cashiers Check from her bank.  All she gave me was the runaround that i needed to wait for her partner or that i needed to wait another week. If there is anyone out there that can help me recover the money and file a Lawsuit .  Please contact me since I'm now forced to close business since I had given emplyees time to find new Jobs in case of sale. They found jobs and now left alone in business. Dont fall for any one of her scams!!!
