sw engines First they screwed up my order, then told me that they could not provide me with a delivery date. then they charged me $846 dollars for canceling my order. tulsa ok

Ordered a replacement engin for my 2009 dodge pickup on the 30 th of June 2015. a week later still no respose. Called they said my order was delayed, i ask why? There was some problem on there end. I ask for an approx. delivery date they could not give me one. So i ask to cancel the order and was passed around to diffrent deptments and hung up on four times. when i finally got my order canceled the charged me $846.00 dollars for canceling. No where on there ad does it say we will charge 846 to cancel your order.  Ripped OFF.
