SW Engines Dale Jones Rip Off Misrepresented, will not honor warranty, rude, hang up on you Tulsa Oklahoma

Mine story is typical of what i am now finding all over the web.

I bought a Range Rover motor for a premium from them, and they are nice at that point.

Then the motor arrives and it is very beat up. Not at all as represented and hastily spraypainted. I tried to do a simple waterpump service on the motor before installing and the bolts sheared off in the block, and surprise they have no interest in restocking. Once you call to even talk about it they transfer you to extensions that dont have voicemail. or extensions with full voicemail. After my 13th call in 15 minutes (once they see your number they just hang up on you) i was able to speak to Dale. He is the "manager" or head criminal, anyway he proceeeded to call me a young punk and belittle me repeatedly. Also they will not let motor be returned, and i am just so scared about what will happen once i actually install it. These guys are the worst of the worst and should be sued in a class Action. Theur conduct makes my blood boil. Nowadays it is so easy to be taken advantage of that most of us keep our guard up, i had no idea i was making such a big mistake. 

Please read and do no business with them. The worst, and i have to be pretty peeved to complain about anything, but this complaint is the first thing i did once i got home. Terrible company, i found a petition to sue them from their old location in wisconsin, and signed on. Please dont make the same $2100 mistake i did.
