Swagbucks Swagbucks takes away "Shop and Learn" points without cause Internet

I have been a member of Swagbucks for several years.  Members earn points in a variety of ways and are supposed to be able to accrue points.  I checked it our and read reviews.  Until quite recently, I thought it was a legitimate site.  I now have a lot of concerns about its honesty and business practices.

In the past two months, I have had points taken out of my account by Swagbucks without any warning or explanation.     The first time this happened, it was my birthday and I was suppsed to receive 50 swag bucks points as a gift.  When I clicked on the icon to claim my points, not only did I not receive my birthday points, but they also took more than 200 points out of my account.  I finally had the points for my account returned, but no one at Swagbucks explained what happened and there was no apology for the deduction of my points.  I also never received the bonus points for my birthday.

Then this week, I was supposed to receive 363 Swag bucks for I purchase I made on the site's "Shop and Earn" feature.  Accourding to the site, they had awarded the points and credited my account, but the numbers of Swag bucks in my account actually went down rateher than up.  I have tried twice to get the site to check on my account, but they have done nothing and did not give me any kind of explanation for the missing points.  They did not refund my missing points.

Aside from the issue of the way Swagbucks deducted points I had earned according to their system, I feel that they are misrepresenting their business.  if account members cannot count on the company to do what it promises, then it is a scam business and should be treated like a scam business.
