I follow Swank Blue on Instagram and had decided to check out their website. I ordered the perfect denim skater dress to wear to my Denim and Diamond themed engagement party. The package arrived on time but when I opened it I was mortified to discover it was not the right dress I ordered! While it was denim it was not the right style or size of the skater dress! I immediately emailed Swank Blue. While there website says no returns or exchanges I feel like surely they need to make an exception when they fail to send the correct item that was ordered and paid for! They never replied to my email so I sent a second email letting them know that I would be filing a complaint with BBB, RipOff Report and on Instagram! They are a unprofessional so called business that I never again intend to shop with. Ever! Very sad!

In regards to this order, the customer did indeed receive the wrong demin dress. This was an error on our end that we took full responsibility for once we were notified of the error. The reason the customer was unable to get a response from us was because she was emailing us at the wrong email address. We never received any of her initial inquiries because they were being sent to the wrong address. When the customer finally used the contact form on our "contact us" page to send us an email, we rectified the situation with her that same day. She shipped us back the incorrect item using a pre-paid shipping label that we provided her with, and we shipped her the correct item. Please feel free to follow up with the customer to attest to the fact that we did indeed rectify this matter.
