Swanksoft Technologies (Spykiller.com) ripoff product didn't work Swanksoft promised credit and did not give it Houston Texas

I purchased SpyKiller software from Swanksoft Technologies. I purchased the product on-line. I downloaded the product and it did not fix the spam problem on my pc. I went to lavasoft and downloaded their product and it found 641 instance of spyware that the spykiller product did not. I reported this to Swanksoft. You cannot call them. They don't publish a number on their website. I filled out the "question form" and they told me that the all spyware product work differently.

However, the lavasoft product found 641 instances of spyware that spykiller did not. The lavasoft product was free and it fixed the problem on my brower being hijacked. When I complained about this, I demanded a refund and they said they would grant it. I never got it. I complained again and wrote to them at billing@swanksoft.com. They said it would take 2-3 weeks for a credit. It's been three months and I've written to them several times and now I get no response. Do not use spykiller, it does not work and swanksoft will not back their product.
