This company does anywhere from Insurance to mortgage services I believe. I had a previous employment with a company similar. I have gone to 5 job fairs and scored over many people on tests. I don't smoke which is course not allowed there. So that isn't an issue. I finally got a call by a recruiter and was told that I was not hired because of my personality. Well I have a mental disability and I've disclosed this. Well in the process I got angry with him told him that wasn't right. So he forwarded it to the Human Resources Vice President destroying my future employment credability.
Another problem I have is I was told this job offers education like my previous one did. Well they offer classes yet still require 2 years experience. As my previous job left the state and I only had 6 months experience. I would say why offer these classes if you want experience?
The main point is i feel discriminated against. This company is from Texas and I have progressed in many interviews I've taken. This is the first time I've been told my personality was an issue and it's discriminating cause first off. One of the tests I took tested my personailty and I passed it. So to judge my personality in a 10 minute interview is wrong that's not an opinion its discrimination. I understand that Texas is common for racism, but I don't appreciate it on my doorstep. This is Nebraska if you can't be respectful leave like the last company did.

YOU havent been discriminated against. For THAT to happen YOU have to be excluded due to race, religion, sex, gender, ect. YOU were NOT hired because of YOUR attitude. SO add onto it all YOUR mental disability and one can see the WHY you were not hired. The interviewer may not have l;iked YOU, still legal for them to NOT hire you. YOU have to PROVE you were excluded due to one of the LEGAL factors. What YOU have done is defamation and YOU have done this WILLINGLY and WITH MALICE. THAT is illegal and actionable. Meaning YOU can be sued for what YOU CHOSE to post. Maybe just accept that YOU are the real problem and change THAT instead of putting yourself at risk for a defamation lawsuit.

Sorry but contrary to what you may think, not being hired because of your "Personality" is not Discrimination. However, that wasn't why you weren't hired. The REAL reason you weren't hired appears to be because you failed the Experience Requirement...
Well they offer classes yet still require 2 years experience. As my previous job left the state and I only had 6 months experience.
- They required 2 years experience..you had 6 months. I would hope that you have enough basic math skills to realize that you were about 18 months short.
I would say why offer these classes if you want experience?
- And I would say that is another reason why you probably didn't get hired because you don't understand. Education and Experience are not the same thing. Experience takes your education and gives you the opportuntity to practice what you learned in the "real world". Ongoing education is a very important part of many jobs. I have been with companies where every employee, that means from the Entry level person there for 6 months, to a Senior manager who has been there for 20 years were required to take a certain amount of hours of additional education classes/training every year.
